Carbon fiber powder are based on the polyacrylonitrile fiber as the raw material.Via the special surface treatment, mechanical grinding, sieving and drying.

It is stable, electrical conductive,self-lubricating and reinforcing.Because of that It can composite with resin ,plastic, metal, rubber and so on. So It can reinforce the strength and wear resistance of the materials. Carbon fiber powder are based on the polyacrylonitrile fiber as the raw material.

Add 5%~25% of carbon fiber powder into the resin can obviously improve the physical and chemical properties of the products, such as hardness, crack resistance and wear·resistance property, etc., it can also improve the dimension stability of the resinoid bond to reduce the cost of the products .
