Product Feature
1. Random distribution: Short cut glass fibers (length 25-75mm, commonly 50mm) are randomly bonded into a network using adhesive to form an isotropic reinforcement structure (with balanced mechanical properties in all directions).
2. High porosity: Loose interweaving between fibers forms an open network, which facilitates rapid resin penetration.
3. Excellent conformity: Soft and non directional, tightly fitting complex curved molds (such as ship hulls and automotive parts), reducing layer wrinkles.
4. Fast infiltration speed: Adhesives (polyester/epoxy/PVAc, etc.) optimize the pore structure, accelerate the infiltration of resins (polyester, vinyl ester, etc.), and reduce bubbles.
