1. Exceptional Thermal Stability: This fabric maintains structural integrity during continuous exposure to temperatures approaching 1050°C. It exhibits very low thermal expansion and high resistance to thermal shock. The material softens only at temperatures significantly exceeding 1700°C.

2. Effective Electrical Insulation: It possesses high dielectric strength and maintains low dielectric constant and loss tangent characteristics over a wide frequency spectrum, including RF and microwave ranges. These electrical properties remain largely stable under elevated temperatures.

3. High Chemical Resistance & Low Thermal Conductivity: It functions as a thermal barrier while retaining dimensional stability at high operating temperatures. And The fabric demonstrates resistance to attack by many acids (excluding hydrofluoric acid and hot concentrated phosphoric acid), molten salts, and organic solvents, making it suitable for corrosive environments.

4. Mechanical Strength & Stability: It offers useful tensile strength for a ceramic-based fiber textile and exhibits good dimensional stability under thermal cycling and mechanical load.

5. Inherent Flame Resistance & ‌Optical Properties: The base silica material is non-combustible and inherently flame-retardant.Individual quartz fibers can transmit light effectively, particularly in the ultraviolet spectrum, although the woven fabric structure is typically opaque.
